GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Article 1 — Scope

These general terms of sale apply to any order placed on fiatodivetro.fr, published by PRADEN Paul, sole trader, SIRET 103 770 822 00015, 194 rue Fernand Audeguil, 33000 Bordeaux, France. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, materials, electrical compatibility) are presented on each product page. Our chandeliers and wall lights are made in a style inspired by Murano glassmaking art; unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not authentic pieces made in Murano.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are shown in euros. Pursuant to article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable. Fiato di Vetro reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Product availability

Our product offers are valid within the limits of stock available from our suppliers. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded if no alternative solution suits you.

Article 5 — Order

The sale is only considered final once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery terms and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We ship to mainland France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the entire European Union.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your reasons. Full terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Customers resident in the United Kingdom benefit from equivalent protections under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Article 9 — Legal warranties

Every product benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties are independent of the right of withdrawal and apply even after it expires.

Article 10 — Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, you can contact us at fiatodivetro@outlook.fr.

Article 11 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute.

Article 12 — Liability

Fiato di Vetro cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, supplier stock shortages, or events beyond its control.

Article 13 — Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logo) is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 14 — Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 15 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory statutory provisions of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, and in accordance with applicable regulations, you retain the option of seeking an amicable resolution (mediation, see Article 11) or bringing the matter before the competent courts under ordinary law rules.

Article 16 — Amendments

Fiato di Vetro reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the order.
