Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French Consumer Code articles L221-18 et seq., you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, contact us at fiatodivetro@outlook.fr.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from equivalent protections under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply in addition to, and do not replace, the rights described above.

Product damaged on arrival
For faster handling in case of breakage or damage found on delivery, please notify us with photos within 7 days of receipt, at fiatodivetro@outlook.fr. Depending on the situation, a refund or replacement part may be offered without requiring the physical return of the item, given the fragility of blown glass.

Legal warranty of conformity
Every product benefits from the legal warranty of conformity provided by the French Consumer Code (or, for UK residents, the equivalent statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) for 2 years from delivery.

Refund terms
In case of withdrawal or an accepted return, the refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), using the payment method used for the purchase.
